    The floor needed to be swept, the woman on the register was clearly overwhelmed. It took her 10 mins to take my order and run my card while she had her boyfriend on hold. I'll have to come back to finish my review after my foods ready so that I can compare. I took a chance on coming here because I needed a cheesesteak but I'll let you know if it was worth it.
    Usually the fries are soggy,the pizza like cardboard but the super small 8in subs are amazing.
    * 1 hr later the food was really good and worthy of more stars. I ordered 10 hot wings, 2 subs and 5 wings and fries. Of course once again the fries were soggy but worth the 25 minute ride.

    I have been ordering at this location for a few years, never any issue until today. I order food just last night and than again tonight and the driver refused to bring my food to the door and than drove off. I had to call to cancel my credit card order. If I'm paying for delivery than my food should be delivered to my door. I always tip so I'm not understanding the issue. Should they not deliver to the door, that is something that should be disclosed when a customer is placing an order over the phone. I'm highly disappointed and upset as I've been supporting this business for so long and this happens. I will never order from here nor allow my family who also order from here often to support this unacceptable customer service. I do not live in a crime infested area as I do understand safety is an issue, but again my food is always delivered to my front door. The woman who took my order was great and very polite and professional. She's the only pleasant thing that came from this experience.

    I've ordered with them twice through Uber eats. The first time I ordered lake trout and it was terrible. It tasted stale. I assumed maybe it was because they were almost closing (not an excuse, but whatever). The second time I ordered and I received the wrong food. They refused to do anything about it even though it was their mistake. They wouldn't even switch my food out to the correct food. The lady told me to reorder and request a refund through the app. Never again. Terrible food, terrible service.

    I wish I had checked Yelp before ordering.  Ordered delivery through UberEATS.  The crabcake sub was slop inside a sub roll, and the calzone was made with sauce inside of it and under cooked.  Gross!  Never again!  Not worth the delivery charge from Uber!
